Hexagon gear is designed for the limits of the trail. We stand behind our products and provide comprehensive support to keep you riding longer.

Warranty Coverage

Hexagon Components provides product support for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. This support applies to the original owner and covers issues related to materials or workmanship under normal riding use

During the support period, we will evaluate any reported issue and determine the appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, or alternative resolution at our discretion.

 

What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

  • Functional issues that occur under normal riding conditions

  • Product-related concerns reported within the 1-year support period

What Is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper installation or misuse

  • Damage caused by modification, alteration, or non-approved parts

  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect function​​

Repairs & Crash Support

Riding hard comes with risks. If your Hexagon Components product is damaged as a result of a crash or impact during normal riding, we offer a crash replacement program within the 1-year support period.

Under this program, eligible products may be replaced at a reduced cost, even if the damage is not the result of a manufacturing defect. The exact replacement discount and availability will be determined after evaluation of the damaged product.

Crash replacement is intended to get riders back on the trail quickly and is not a warranty or guarantee against impact damage.

 

Claim Process 

To initiate a product support or crash replacement request, contact
Support@hexagoncomponents.com with:
• Proof of purchase

• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and any damage
Our team will review your request and provide next steps.

Final Determination
Hexagon Components reserves the right to determine eligibility for product support or crash
replacement on a case-by-case basis. All decisions are final.

Once approved, you will receive return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization
may not be accepted.


Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Hexagon
Components error or a verified product defect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the
original payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe. Refund amounts may be
reduced if the product shows signs of use or damage.


Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. Contact support@hexagoncomponents.com to
discuss exchange options.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can
resolve the issue promptly.

 

Transaction Policy

Transaction Fee Policy
At Hexagon Components, we aim to be transparent about all charges associated with your
purchase.
Transaction Fee
A 3% transaction fee may be applied to certain orders to help cover payment processing, fraud
prevention, and administrative costs. This fee is calculated based on the total order value and will
be clearly displayed at checkout when applicable.

When the Fee Applies


The transaction fee may apply to, but is not limited to:
• Credit card and digital wallet payments
• Certain refund or cancellation scenarios
• High-value or custom orders

 

Refunds & Transaction Fees
Transaction fees are non-refundable, except where required by law or in cases of an error made
by Hexagon Components.
If an order is refunded, the transaction fee may be deducted from the refund total.
Chargebacks & Disputes
In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, Hexagon Components reserves the right to
recover any non-refundable processing fees incurred as a result of the dispute.
Policy Updates
Hexagon Components reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes
will apply to future transactions and will be posted on our website.
